“business” per se, they like what’s enjoyable

about it (i.e. the rush of closing a large deal,

the feeling of growth and achievement, of

building something that matters). Being generous

with others, both before and after a sale goes a

long way towards pulling all 4 of the growth levers

(we’ll talk about these later). It builds the

relationship, it builds trust, and it builds

goodwill. In turn, this increases buyer confidence.


Finally, be real and be true to yourself and your brand.

Authenticity is one of the most defensible marketing

strategies because you can’t imitate or copy a true

personality.


Implementing just 1 or 2 of the ideas I already taught
