We all have a circle of people that tends to be in our lives
which is either good or detrimental.
On todays team call, we tear apart how to eliminate the conformity
of enviroment programming so you have a recipe of success.

On average we have 5 really close friends, and history has shown
that if you add up there incomes and divide by 5 your income is
very close if not exactly what those 5 friends incomes are...
Right down to the type of house you live in, the foods you eat,
the car you drive etc..
Case in point- I had a dear friend for over 10 years who was doing
quite well, about 250k a year.
This friend found his dream home in a neighborhood to start a family.
After about a year, no matter how hard he worked, he could not top 70k
a year even though he was doing the same efforts to make the before 250k.
Why?
He had became a product of his enviroment, the house, the car, the schools,
the activities all involved his new community of people who were working
full time jobs making around 70k a year.
You see, we are creatures of habit, and of patterns.
The only way to break this cycle is to upgrade your enviroment. Of course
I am not saying chuck everyone and sell the house and move (which sometimes
happens to mirror your new habit pattern).
What I am saying is to find people who have what you desire and join in there
activity. When you do, you begin to update your thought patterns which will then
change your enviroment, everytime.
I know for me I was raised very poor, and this was the advise of my Father, he
said, "Son, if you want what I have do what I do, but if you want better, find
someone who has what you want and do what they do"
Those words changed my life, and now I am offering it to you, once you begin this
new way of living around the people who seemingly have what you want, the old enviroment
will put up a fight BUT if you will hold the course, that old habit will give
way to the new habit and magically you will become your new enviroment.
The great news is that you can do this as often as you desire-(its called living
abundantly and to your highest and best) when you stop doing this pattern of
upgrading, that is called Death. Yes, you have settled and told the universe
I have lived my best life and I am ready to move on...
So avoid Poverty and Death and choose to Live, Live Abundantly by getting into
the enviroment that best suites you and when that one is achieved, do it again
always strive for your highest and best, when you do this, you give those in
your enviroment permission and a road map how to be successful without preaching
to them or alienating them...
Become the miracle so that others (the people you care about) has hope knowing
they too can do it because you have shown them how, if they choose not to go,
they will fall away naturally. Some people are in your life for a reason or
a season, Period.
Find people who have what you want and get busy being in there lives and watch
the miracles in your life, its really that simple.

Why Serving People blesses You...
Have you ever wonder how to break out and be free?
We all have at one point or another and truth be known
there is a really simple way to do this.
On todays team call, we show why serving or helping other
people actually blesses you more than you think...

I am guilty of this simple act or simply taking time to help another
person because I am too busy, don't know what to do, or just do not
have the money etc...
In fact my research has shown the uber successful people do just that
even though they did not know how to help others.
You see when you take the focus off of yourself and begin to look around
with an earnest desire to assist people, your are in fact helping yourself.
Lets say you are in a position and don't have the time.
The real truth we all have the time, it is just a matter of re-allocation
of the time your using. I am not talking about giving all of your time, No
just a portion with the mindset of "I am going to help someone today who
needs it"
This simple adjustment in your thinking literally saves you time and before
long you will have more time than you ever did before...
Why?
It is an old law and it has been in place since time began (no pun intended).
Whatever you "cheerfully" give, will be given back unto you. With the measure
of how you give is how it will be measured back to you.
All that is saying is freely give the (fill in the blank) to another and the
(fill in the blank) will be returned to you multiplied.
Now I know this is contridictary of how we are programmed to think and that
is why it works.
Want better food? Give food to a Stranger-Joyfully and without expecting it
back.
Want better clothes? Clean out your closets of the stuff that you never wear
and donate it to Goodwill or a homeless shelter.
Want more money? This is the biggie...Unclench that tight fist and freely give
even a penny given out of love this brings a flood of money back to you.
Whatever the "thing" you seem to be lacking is just a warning sign to show you
what area of your life that needs alignment, and the fastest way to get back
into the flow is to GIVE the thing you lack "Cheerfully" without expecting
the receiver to do unto you in return.
Just trust that the Gift given will return to you multiplied.
If you never send your ship out, why would you expect a ship to return?
If you will make this a habit of serving and blessing those on your path, you
will have more come to you to bless even more...before long you will have
blessings on every incoming wave...
It all starts by Cheerfully Giving the thing that you seemingly are lacking
right now, or you can keep doing what your doing and expecting a different
result-By the way that is the definition of Insanity.
You control the flow...is it Damned up or is it free flowing?
Choose to be a blessing to others and you will be a blessing, Period!

How to overcome any Obstacle, Immediately
In my short 37 years that I have been doing this journey called life, I have been met with tremendous obstacles. I was what one would call a military brat, we moved 23 times before I was 17 years old, believe it or not I was shy, had limited resources you name it I had it.
My family was split apart, suffered divorce, passed around to family members and children's homes, and in my adult life, I was homeless eating out of trash cans. As you can see I have had some major obstacles.
The 6 Key's to overcome anything are below plus a Bonus way to immediately overcome any obstacle.
I learned sometimes by force (which is very unpleasant) that an obstacle is just a stepping stone for a higher level. That challenge is being allowed into your life because you can handle it, if you could not handle it, the challenge or obstacle would not be there. We learn under fire not when things are going great, the bigger the obstacle, the bigger the reward.
So your wondering how can I immediately get over an Obstacle, your thinking John, buddy, if you just knew my situation you would not say that...I hear ya, so I have put these steps as I have learned them to give you a road map to overcome your obstacle.
1. Stay focused on the positives instead of the negatives. No matter what obstacles have come my way, staying positive has allowed me to overcome them. When I was homeless, atranged from my family, no one to confide in, I knew that it was only temporary. The glass is half full was a habit developed by fire. Being positive is staying focused on what is not (your dream) regardless of the way you feel, (this is not going to work out) if you are unable to stay happy in the storm, get a better dream for your life! Change your but's to "and" and watch what happens. My life is a wreck and I know it is getting better or I do not have any money and I know my abundance is on it's way. Whatever you have to do to make it "FEEL" better do it, it is worth it, trust me!
2. Don't ever give up.

Storms will rage, the winds will blow, just know this, a plane takes off into the wind so it can use the resistance to rise higher to where it is calm and smooth. This too shall pass!
3. Challenge yourself and try new things every day.
As soon as I wake up in the morning, I encounter a new challenge -- whether it's trying to brush your teeth with the opposite hand you normally use or have breakfast for supper. As long as you try, that's all that matters in the end. Stop being a sheople (sheep) and experience new paths, not the same ole one you do everyday.
4. Each day you should ask yourself if you're happy.
If there's something that's making you unhappy, you should find a way to make change. I find myself unhappy whenever I'm surrounded by negative people. Now I'm more cautious of the people with whom I surround myself. Choose your friends and companions like your starting a Fortune 500 company.
5. Smile.
A smile goes a long way. Whenever people are staring or laughing at me for whatever reason, keeping a smile on my face causes them to wonder why I don't react. It is your most powerful weapon, use it often!
6. Don't compare yourself to others and find time to celebrate your little accomplishments.
I always set my own goals. Although we all wish we could get there as fast as it seems others have, I've found ways to enjoy the journey and celebrate each little success on the way. Yes models are great like Ray Higdon, Dave Woods, Joel Osteen, Marci Shimoff. Yet, know their molds were broken when they were born, just like yours! You are a unique person with far greater talents than any other person. You were born to be a superstar and you are, celebrate you, throw a party! It is great to be you...I know I love to be me (smiling)
Bonus Tip:
Take all out action, Action moves you out of the self pity and sorrow of the obstacle...It's like this, you want drink of water, you feel how good it would be to have a sip and the glass of water is on the counter, what do you wish it to come to you? If that is the case your not as thirsty as you thought, BUT if your really thirsty and the glass of water is on the counter, you get your butt up and take ACTION to retrieve it, NOW!
Action creates Action
In-Action creates Misery, pain, Depression and defeat!
Get off your big "BUT's" and do something, anything and the obstacle will be a distant memory, Guaranteed.
Next time you’re out and about, try to find someone to smile at and say hello to. If they look like they’re struggling, try to help them out. Take the chance to learn from them. Be the best you, you can be and it will come back to you multiplied, I promise.
